The way I write it, the message is the same; I mean well. I find that talking sometimes is harder than writing. I seem to say things verbally that do not go down too well. Some of my theories seem a bit far-fetched. If I write them down, they sound more plausible.

Of course, in Raggy Dolls what I say can mean more than in a space not orientated towards well-being.

I really like the art groups and the sense of belonging. The friendships offered are cautious but true.

I have two degrees and an HNC that I gained after school, so I feel well qualified to be Web Master. I have a fair bit of committee experience going back to when I was treasurer of Ashdown Estate in Borehamwood at the turn of the century. I have been Chair of Bungay Medical Practice PPG, a trustee of the Friends of Clinks Care Farm, and a trustee of Theirapiece (a therapeutic writing initiative from Beccles).

I am a 60-year-old person who likes motorcycling and walking. I like my food and feel that life has more to offer than the alternative. I like the binary machine and what it offers as solutions to world problems. I am sensitive to the binary machine’s limitations and its need for resources like electricity, which takes from the table of plenty.

I am realistic about what I can do and what I cannot do. Although my wish to offer help to move the mountain is also real.

I am a good man. My Schizophrenia is managed; my Autism becomes more understood by me as I move forward.
