Welcome to Raggy Dolls, a safe and understanding community founded three years ago following my diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

Since starting this group, my own neurodivergent journey has evolved with subsequent diagnoses of severe ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)—all while navigating the daily, complex realities of living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME).

Named after the beautifully imperfect dolls who stick together, Raggy Dolls was created so that no one has to carry the weight of chronic illness, mental health battles, or neurodivergence alone.

Whether you are managing overlapping diagnoses, fighting invisible physical illnesses, or simply looking for a space where you don’t have to mask your struggles, you belong here.
